About us

[YOUR NAME / BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"), [YOUR ADDRESS]. Contact: [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. [If you're VAT registered, add your VAT number. If you trade as a limited company, add your Companies House number — if you're an individual/sole trader, you can leave this line out entirely, your consumer obligations are the same either way.]

These terms apply to any order placed through this website and, together with our Privacy Notice, Delivery Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy, form the agreement between us.

Our products

Every piece is handmade in small batches. Because of this, small variations in colour, shape, and finish between photos and the item you receive are normal and expected, not a fault — this is part of buying something handmade rather than mass-produced.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include [VAT, if registered / "are not subject to VAT as we are not VAT registered"]. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

How a contract is formed

Adding items to your basket and paying does not automatically mean we've accepted your order — you'll receive an order confirmation, but a binding contract is only formed once we confirm your order has been accepted and dispatched. In the rare case an item can't be fulfilled (e.g. an out-of-stock error), we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Charm add-ons & style notes

Where you choose additional charms or leave a style/colour note, we'll do our best to match your request, but every piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand — we can't guarantee an exact match to any reference you describe.

Delivery

See our Delivery Policy for dispatch times, costs, and coverage area.

Returns & cancellations

You can return any item — including bracelets with additional charms or a style/colour note — within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. See our full Returns & Cancellations Policy for how this works, including return postage and refund timing.

Faulty or damaged items

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you've had it — see our Returns & Cancellations Policy for how to get in touch.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable to both of us when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland — wherever you're based], and any disputes will be handled in the courts there. This doesn't affect your rights as a consumer under UK law regardless of where you live in the UK.

Before publishing: fill in every bracketed placeholder above with your real details. Being an individual seller rather than a registered company doesn't change any of these obligations — UK consumer law applies the same way either way.
